Berwick Visual Arts Corona Virus Update

Berwick Visual Arts Corona Virus Update

Updated 23 June 2020

We welcome the announcement today that museums and galleries can open from 4 July with safety measures in place for visitors. We are currently making sure we have everything in place to ensure our galleries are as safe and enjoyable as possible. So while we won't be opening on the 4 July, we do hope to open as soon as we can and will share this information with you once confirmed via this website and our social media channels.

In the meantime, if you would like to support us, please consider a donation to the Maltings and Berwick Visual Arts to also help us re-open. You can donate here

Updated 20 March 2020

In light of the current Covid-19 (coronavirus) pandemic and following the latest advice from Government we have taken the following decisions about the gallery spaces we manage and temporary exhibitions programme.

The Gymnasium Gallery is currently closed and the exhibitions by Oliver Hoffmeister and Sabina Sallis will now be rescheduled to a later date.

Following government advice on the 20 March, The Granary Gallery is now also closed.

The Maltings’ Eastern Lane site is closed until further notice.

We are monitoring the situation closely and will post any updates on our social media sites and on this website and at www.maltingsberwick.co.uk
